How SWEET is a simple modern farmhouse Valentine kitchen?! Super sweet and it was an EASY transition from Christmas to Valentine’s Day. Valentine Vignette Dressing up the chalkboard in the kitchen is a fun way to switch seasons. The holly wreath and the red and white ribbon bow I made for the wreath worked for Christmas and it works just as well for Valentine’s Day. I used the same ribbon to create the garland.
