Master Bedroom – Home and Darlings – One Room Challenge Week 7!

Spread the love

It’s been SEVEN weeks we’ve all been trudging through toward that light at the end of the tunnel on our One Room Challenge journey! Check out all the creative projects here and remember to check out the ORC media partner Apartment Therapy as well! #ORC #ORCAT First, let’s get to the Master Bedroom – Home and Darlings – One Room Challenge Week 7!

This week I focused on the details of all the doors in the room. While I had previously painted my bifold doors Chantilly White – which is a white I love – I decided it was too stark of a color for the richer Comfort Gray which is on the walls. So I added yet another project to my list of things to do and I painted the doors Gray Owl, by Benjamin Moore. I used the most fantastic trim paint – Emerald, by Sherwin Williams. I decided to paint the trim of the doors as well and what a difference it makes!

Giving a quick sanding and a coat of primer is important when painting trim.

These midcentury modern closet pulls make me smile. Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make the biggest impact.
